Quiz

"His primary rules were: never allow the public to cool off; never admit a fault or wrong; never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never leave room for alternatives; never accept blame; concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong; people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it."

Hey, gang. Anyone have an idea who the above refers to? I'll give you the Answer and the source only if you either email me or make a guess in the comment section of the blog. You gonna be amazed. Then again, maybe not.

Hello! It's amazing how much that sounds like a recent president of ours... but I know the description dates from long before his time. I won't ruin it for your other adoring fans. When the cat's out of the bag, tell us how you came across this coincidentally apt psychological profile!

Your answer was Erin's, too, and of course as soon as I read it I thought of the Beloved Bush and his Twin Evil Gnomes. You are number three; the previous two got it right but also made the Bush connection. Can't believe people actually read this thing . . .
